Oddness...I just tried to rent a video from the Zune marketplace, and when I tried to add points if got error: "Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Status code 807B01F7 "
I had a look through the "I can't purchase content" thread, cleared my marketplace and system cache and rebooted, but still go the same problem. I checked my payment details, and they all look OK. However, I noticed that when I was in the Account Management tab, the "Your Billing Options" section where it says "Your Memberships" it states "Can't list your memberships, please try again later" (and it also popped up another error message: "Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Status code 807B01F4". However when I am in the previous area, the Account Management tab states I have an Xbox Live Gold Membership.
My account is UK, and I am connecting from the UK.
Any ideas, lovely support folks?
