Marketplace download help

Hey, guys! I just wanna know something quick. How do I start a download on the xboxLIVE? Because i tried to download that online pass for TTT2 and I had to go to the beggining of the xbox, but when i tried to started the download. I had to execute the game, and when the game is opened I can't start it. It just doesn't let me :(. 

I bet the solution is really simple and quite easy, but how do i solve this?

Btw, I am playing by a minor account.

Are you trying to start the download from the console or through the website?

 

From the console:

-Sign in to your profile and go to the settings section, on the far right

-Select "Account", on the bottom left of the section

-You should be on a menu titled Your Billing Options. Select "Download History" on that menu

-You should see a list of everything that's tied to your account. Find the TTT2 online pass and select it

-Another screen should pop up. Just select download again, and it should start downloading

 

Through the website's main page:

-Click on "My Account" (should be near the top right corner)

-Under the Device Management header, click "Download History"

-You should see a list of everything that's tied to your account. Find the TTT2 online pass and click on "Add to Queue" for it

-The next time you turn on your Xbox and sign in to your profile, it should start downloading automatically

Well, I already did that and the download is done, but I still can't go to the online mode. In the marketplace there is this "Start Now" button (that I think I have to press it). When I click on "Start now" while the game is executing, nothing happens, because I just can't. When I go to the "Download history" And i click "Start Now", It tells me that I have to have the game opened (WTF?).

Again, the solution might be really easy, but I'm new to this :P

What do I do??

The problem is that it says it's downloaded, but I still can't get to the online mode. It says that the online pass has been successfully tranfered. Do I have to do something next? Am I missing something?

Whoa, that's a little funky!  Have you ever successfully downloaded content from the Marketplace before?  Let's head into your system memory and see if you see that content half downloaded, if you do, please delete it.  Whether or not you deleted anything the next step will be to clear the cache and then restart your console.

i did that and nothing happened. the pass has 108kb but in the hard drive there  is only 60kb. And this is my first marketplace bought. But it always says that it was successfully transfer

If you are playing on a Child account perhaps parental controls are preventing you from playing online. You will need to check with your parent or guardian.

But I have games on the pc (GWL) and I can go online with no problem.

The console itself could have parental controls enabled to prevent you from playing online that your PC does not have. Your parent or guardian would have to modify the account settings for the Child account to allow online gameplay. Verify with your parent or guardian that they have enabled online gameplay on your account, or if they will allow it.

I know that in order to play online I have to be a xbox live Gold client. Would that solve the problem? Because I have a code that I can redeem.

If you do not have an Xbox Live old Account you will not able to play the online portion of your games. So yes, that should resolve the problem.
