Manual Transmission Dirvers

No complaints about the previous Forza's but when you play with manual transmission and your in a 1st person view

shouldn't one hand be on the steering wheel and one on a shifter for a more authentic feel to the game??

It's not like you're cruising around downtown trying to look cool with your seat back and one hand draped over the wheel.  If you're racing, you want to keep both hands on the wheel for maximum control as often as possible, only taking your hand off to work the shifter when absolutely necessary.  From what I can remember, this is what the driver does in Forza 3.  It may vary if the car in real life lacks an actual gear lever due to having paddle shifters or whatever, but for the most part, I can't say that the game is too far off in this regard.

High end cars have paddle shifters on the steering wheel too.

You never take your hands off the wheel unless you need to switch gears, and quickly. Like Trippul G said. If you race with one hand, you're doing it wrong.
