So I purchased 4000 msp on 6/8/2012 and went on vacation on 6/9/2012 to 6/16/2012. When I checked my balance today, the mircosoft points I purchased were gone, according the the confirmation email, I should've recieve the points, but on the microsoft billing
history, there was no purchase made, and I'm wondering if there is anyway I can get either, the points or my money back.
If you've checked your billing history and don't the recent addition of points, your best bet would be to either call support over the phone and explain the situation to them or talk to a support person among the forums and PM. Also, when talking to them
on the forums do no post any personal information. Just a friendly warning in case. Sorry about your situation but I hope this helps.
