Lost data after so much hard work?

Dear Xbox Forums,
     I am a huge fan of Magic the Gathering ever since I was a child. I played it all the time with my cousins and brothers. I also bought Magic: The Gathering Duels of the Planeswalkers the day it came out for the Xbox 360 and I was hooked, I did everything I possibly could in that game, I even bought all of the DLC. Now, there is a new game, Magic: The Gathering Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012, I had also bought this the day it had came out for the Xbox 360. I had done so much in this game, I completed all of the puzzles, I completed every level in single player, the arch enemy, revenge and regular campaign on the planeswalkers difficulty. I Unlocked all of the cards for the water deck, the forest deck, the first fire deck, the dragon deck, the water/forest deck, and almost all of the cards for every other deck. Everything was fine for sometime until today when I decided to play some two headed giant (two vs. two) with my friend. All of a sudden, it was as if I played the game for the first time, the game had given me a new promo card for the limited edition foil card of Grave Titan. I thought nothing of this until I went to go to my deck manager to change my deck, right then and there I had none of my decks and all of my single player progress was gone. I am extremely disappointed with this and was wondering what you would be able to do to help with with my current situation. I had contacted Wizards of the Coast and was told that my issue would be best handled by Xbox Customer Support. Since customer support told me (and i quote) "Since the game publisher referred this issue to us, please visit our forums page. We have a moderator for each game issue and they can provide you more details how to resolve this issue." I was wondering if you could help me out.. If you could get back to me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

That's awful, I've been trying to get in contact with everyone possible hoping that this problem would be taken care of. I'd rather I didn't have to start from square one all over again.

I have the same issue.  I had recovered my profile on annother system (after doing this before with no problem) and lost everything.  I haven't heard anything back yet however.
