i think i cancelled my live account or removed the email from it because when i try to log in it says the account doesnt exist and ive made a few purchases on this account that is showing i never purchased em how can i fix this???
If you did not do those steps then your account was not closed
Also in order to cancel an account you must
- remove all payment options
- spend any and all Microsoft points
- remove all friends from the friends list
- cancel any subscriptions completely and let their remaining time run up
If all of those did not happen then your just using the wrong email to log in, you can contact support at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us and they may be able to help provide you the email on your account if you can pass the verification steps
