LOCKED - CURIOUS TO KNOW HOW MANY ARE GETTING STATUS CODE 80153410 WHEN TRYING TO DOWNLOAD CONTENT FROM MARKETPLACE

To make a long story short, I've been trying to buy Black Ops full game from the Marketplace with MS Points for a week now and can't. I've been through all the troubleshooting with Support over the phone and still no luck. I'm very frustrated and don't understand why no one can tell me what this code means. Doesn't the programmers come up with status codes for situations like this????

 

They told me they would probably be calling me back in 4-5 days!!!!!

Try posting in that thread. The issue is still being investigated, as far as I know. They are collecting data on this error code in the thread I've listed.

iv got it just after i downloaded update for xbox

also could not help me after 4 hours on phone id like to point out that not one person i spoke to could find any reference or information on the status error number 80153410 told me to wait 24 hours, they finally just said it was a marketplace update that was only affecting a certain region in my country (australia). we will see.
