Why am I not able to 'View Reports'?

I've been getting .....

"Sorry, we were unable to retrieve the activity data.

for months now.

 

This was one of the features that made me purchase the Family Pack, so I could monitor how long my family members were playing for each day/week.

C'mon MS, sort it out!

I have been experiencing the same issue.  This has only been happening today, but I have used this feature before, just not recently.

Same for me -- Pain in the proverbial, as I suspect my son has cracked my my passcode and is adding extra time. (Need to check before I castrate him)

Are you using IE or Firefox?  They have been working well for me with firefox.

It's been hit or miss on Firefox and Chrome. Usually miss.

I'm using Firefox, tried IE but that doesnee work either. :(

Well after looking last night it does not work for me either now.  Sorry I know it did last week. I must have just been one of the lucky ones able to get it to show.

It hasn't been working for me either, for about a month now. Very frustrating. Have tried both Firefox and IE without success.

I've been having the same issue. Seems like it was last working in April and nothing since 1st May.

C'mon Microsoft sort it out!!!

Same problem here on all browsers on all versions ... have raised it with MS for 2 months, and finally came back saying it worked on their system so it must be me.

I have tried the account on various clients sites, hotels on different pc's etc and always the same SORRY, WE WERE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE THE ACTIVITY DATA.

this was the main reason I allowed the kids to have this live account so I could keep tabs on their use of it.

I am having the same problem. Microsoft have just replied to me saying that they have investigated fully and cannot find the problem so they are closing the support case.

Again, I have tried XP and Win 7, IE 8 and IE9 with no luck.

For me, I can show data up until the end of March, but as soon as I get to the 1st April I get the please try again later message detailed above.
