Check if it happens with another profile. If it does not, your profile is corrupt. If it does occur on multiple profiles, the copy of the game is probably corrupt.
The best way to resolve corrupted content is to start by deleting it. If you have to delete your profile, please make sure to choose Delete Profile Only. Deleting Profile and Items will remove your saved games.
Once the content has been deleted, move out of Games and Apps and down to System Items. In here, delete Marketplace System Data - this is the marketplace cache. Corrupted files can be hiding in here. Once you've deleted that, clear the system cache and restart
Try downloading your profile and/or the game again. If you figured out which was corrupted it should be good to go from here.
