Keep getting 8c320008 error message when trying to put credit card on

I am trying to make a purchases on Xbox live. I can't do this because every time I enter my info it gives me an error message. I have tried waiting till later then doing it but I can't.

Also when I try to take off my parent email because I am 18 now, it keeps sending me around in circles for the login, then telling me I have found a glitch. I think I may need to remove the parent account in order to make a purchase. I have made purchases before but that was on a different credit card that has now expired.

 Any help is welcome.

Make sure your new CC info matches your account info and your credentials at http://billing.microsoft.com. Try making the purchase both on the console and on xbox.com and see if you get different results. 

As for promoting your account, that's where you can enter your new CC, as it's part of the instructions, refer to here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945418
