Just a question about storage

So if I put in a 16gb USB, can I download lets say.... MW2 off marketplace and put it on the USB? Since I only have 4gb HDD

You could store it on a usb, however I would recommend getting either the 250 or 320 gb hard drive as I believe the MW2 game will not play properly without it.

I don't see why it shouldn't work. Unless there is some DRM preventing removable USB storage for certain items. Thinking about it the content license should be stored on the profile which is tied to the 360 so where the content is stored shouldn't be an issue. Other issue could be buffering game content, but since optical storage is the normal method and that can be incredibly slow if a portion of the disc is hard to read the methods made to compensate for that and keep a game running should work.

I don't know, but if you plan on getting more content off the marketplace I would get an official HDD.
