It is not possible to pay for the subscription

The second month of owning the xbox one. Ended subscription to Gold and EA Access. Tried several times to renew your subscription using your Bank card. The console gave a message: #please select another payment method or contact your Bank#, I decided to look for information on the microsoft page, and realized that, perhaps, the payment was not accepted because of overdue payment for Gold status. Now trying to pay status and renew - but nothing happens. In name card, in the section payment and invoicing automation panels - methods of payment, the status is REJECTED. How to return the card, because the money on the card. Using another card to pay for nothing, have tried everything. Help solve the problem.

As this is a billing issue you would need to contact support support.xbox.com/.../contact-us   as they are the only ones with access to your billing info.
