Issues with the Netflix app

i recently spoke to both Netflix support and Xbox support about a problem I'd been having. While trying to playback anything of HD quality on it, I would get at most 10 seconds of playback, before the error message, "We're having trouble playing this title at the moment" Would pop up.


This is was a recent development for me, and neither I or the two support groups could figure out the problem.

then I remembered that recently I started to change the video output. While I do not know the software problems involved with it, I have figured out that if my Xbox one is doing a video output to DVI instead of auto-detect, that it will give me this message.

if the people at Xbox could figure out the problem with dvi output while playing HD video on Netflix, that would be great, as I would like to watch Netflix in 1080p again instead of 640x480.
