Issues purchasing points and content

I've been trying all day to purchase some DLC for Dead Space 2.  Whenever I try and Add Points, whether online here or on my Xbox, it says it cannot access my selected purchase instrument.  I have three separate payment accounts on there including a MasterCard, a visa debit, and a pay pal account linked directly to my bank account.  Every single option  is declined and I have used all three of these options this very day onilne and in the real world to purchase other things.  It must be a problem on xbox's end and I cannot find a way to contact them directly and there is currently now ambassador service available.  Help!

its possible that your billing information is not the same as on your payment option(s).

Make sure they are the same.

Otherwise, it may be a billing issue that is holding you back.

To get more info on any billing gripes, call 18004MYXBOX to talk to a billing specialist. (push 1 during the automated prompts)

I am having the same issue today. I know I have the funds. I contacted my bank and they said there is no issue on my/their part, funds are available but I can't get ahold of anyone with xbox or microsoft to try and get this figured out. Let me know if you figured it out.

you have to call support to get anything billing fixed, chat and online suport do not deal with finanacial info like credit cards
