Issue with Red Dead Redemption and Purchased Contents

Hi,

I recently purchased:

- Xbox LIVE Gold Membership (12 months)

- The game "Red Dead Redemption AND Undead Nightmare (Game of the Year Edition)"

- Some additional packages for Red Dead Redemption

To be more specific, I purchased the following:

- http://marketplace.xbox.com/it-IT/Product/Il-Destriero/3376342b-add4-4948-9838-c7ed5271aa17

I have a problem with downloaded packages: they simply don't work.

I tried to download them again but nothing changed.

What am I supposed to do?

Well, I'm not sure then. Call Xbox Customer support tomorrow, 1-(800)-4MY-XBOX . They are open from 10am to 8pm every day, other than Christmas, of course.

A couple of suggestions:

Delete the downloaded content, go to system items and delete marketplace system data and rights database (may not actually be there).

Clear system cache and try and download again.

If its still not working, you might want to try directly connecting to the modem (if possible).
