Issue with pre-order items not showing up in game

I'm hoping someone can help me here. As I've already tried tech support and the lady I just got was rude and told me that game I'm having an issue with isn't even out yet!
The game is Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII
Issue I'm having is that I redeemed the pre-order codes on my account (which at the time was a silver account but is now a gold), they downloaded but for some really really off the wall reason the items are not showing up image wise in the game. I can equip the items but if I go to use them it will lock up the Xbox because it missing the files. I went back to the marketplace to find that there a "No symbol" next to the item name of each code (3 total). I've logged on to my husband gold account and he is also not able to see the 3 pre-order items, but he is able to buy content and download it just fine where I can't.

Here is what I've tried so far:
I’ve deleted my profile and restored it - Didn’t work
I’ve deleted my cashe files - Did  not work
I deleted the redeemable items and re-downloaded them - did not work
I’ve deleted the marketplace cashe - did not work

Xbox tech told me that it was SE servers. It is not their servers as again I was able to get on my husband gold account and buy item content and download it just fine. Sadly since the redeem codes are on my account he can't see them and try to download them from his account.
I took some pictures in hopes that someone here can give me an answer or help me fix this as the game going to be very enjoyable at this rate.

The last screen shot is just to show what it suppose to look like if the files were working right. I should also note that there is no privacy setting on my account also, so I should be able to freely use the marketplace. I can't find any information on the no symbol in the marketplace.

Do you still have the receipt? You can contact gamestop/Walmart and tell them their code was invalid. I've gotten a replacement code from gamestop before.

I do. Got them from Amazon. However one of the three codes came from the hardcover guide and I don't believe I'll have anyway of replacing that one. It just hard to believe that all 3 are invalid or some how became invalid.

That happened to my saints row 3 guide , i was supposed to get some sniper rifle, but the content was locked. The guy said he didnt scan the item, and the code was not registered.

That really odd. I'll have to get in touch with Amazon and see if I can get some new codes. I'd be happy with just at least getting my pre-order item codes to work. I suppose I can do without the guide's free item.
