Issue redeeming code

I purchased a £15 code for Xbox Live credit last Thursday, but my console froze up when I tried to enter it. The credit has not been applied to my account, but if I try to redeem the code again, it says it has already been used. I chatted with an Xbox support rep about this who said they would escalate it to "localised billing", gave them my email and phone number, but have heard nothing back yet. Please can someone look into this?

Sorry but there is nothing anyone on the forums can do to help you with this.  Because it is a billing issue it can only be addressed through phone support.  Call them back and see if they've heard anything back about it.
