Im having trouble using my microsoft points

We have been dealing with this trouble since feb 29th support team keeps telling us it will be 3 day then it will be 5 days and now it has been almost a month same old story they say it will take three more days. I just want this resolve no one seems to have an answer. I have been to this forum no answer

A little more information would be helpful. Do you get error codes, does your account region match the one in which you physically live..etc
