If someone spoils the game on Xbox Live...

Hey guys, Is it true that if someone spoils Gears of War 3 over Xbox Live, Epic can't do anything? Millions of people saw it over Youtube so does that mean that the person who tells you will get in trouble?

How would you prove it?

If he sent me a message saying campaign facts from youtube is he in the wrong? since it's on youtube? does Xbox has a law agaisnt spoilers?

I don't completely understand your question. Spoiling the story? That could happen with a lot of games. And how would someone get in trouble for it?

So because it's on Youtube it means it's okay to spoil tha game for other people?  That makes sense.

Don't worry DutRank. He's been banned from Gears.

[/quote]THE DEVIL HATH SPOKEN!

and also here we go epic has stated that in there forum and the ban is not by gt either its by console id to so changing your gamer tag wont help

They will find you!!!

Mind ur business and you'll be fine!!!

They will try to link the email attatched to your youtube acount to that of you xboxlive account... as well as IP addressiss... They can probably use civil actions and supenas to get more info as well since they are dealing in known stollen property. You know they are not going to discuss all their methods as they do not want to give people a way to hide what they have done or avoid their punnishment.

Some of ya all really need to think a bit harder before posting.  Like come on you guys make yourself look slow and not to smart bra.  Try asking a real question next time.  And as for Cap Dead Pool for the win.
