I would love to download some new content but my hard drive is full.

I know Xbox has an extra hard drive you can purchase for the newer slimmer xbox but what is an old user suppose to do? I don't want to delete past purchases and I don't want to buy a new xbox.

You can do one of several things:

-buy a new or used hard drive for your version console.

-buy and use a USB flash drive or external hard drive. (the maximum capacity drive you can use on the console via this method is 16Gb)

-delete it from your hard drive and download what you need/want. You can always re-download the deleted content from your Download History any time.

Delete any installed game that you're not playing as one game alone can save you over 6GB of space. You can also delete any DLCs that you don't use as you can download them whenever you need to in the future.
