i was robbed!

ok so yeah i am a little outdated... I use zune... bought alot of music when i first got it. now i have a new pc and wanted to d/l zune software and look arround. only to find out all of my music i bought a paid for i cant even use now because it is wma format and i dont have media usage rights! after hours with a rep via chat i get a tough sh** answer and here is a 3 month music pass....... i feel so robbed.........

Welcome to 2010.  Music purchases in that timeframe were DRM-locked, that's why I didn't buy anything in that period of time.  That's also why I don't purchase movies online either.  You weren't robbed, when you bought them you agreed to be bound by the DRM system, it just so happens that DRM sucks.
