i want a refund

I was asked, ten days before my gold would run out, if i wanted to set it to auto renewal every month. I selected no. Today, just a half hour ago, my gold membership renews itself. I cannot find how to turn off auto renewal on the box, so i go to xbox.com, where i turn off auto renewal on my account. I then search the support section for  way to refund my 30 minute old purchase, where i find nothing. Is there any way I can get this refunded? I dont want this most recent purchased month of xbox live and i want my money back.

generally one month memberships are not refunded that is between you and billing though so call them

however the dashboard cannot turn off autorenewal only the website or by calling support can you do that

as it is turned on everytime you purchase a plan or promotion

I don't doubt you saw something on the dashboard but it should have been labeled as a survey. It did not actually effect your account. A good way to check on autorenew status is at xbox.com/account. It'll tell you about your autorenew status.
