I Cant purchase anything

I am trying to purchase an Xbox Live Gold suscription. I have 3 payment options and they wont be accepted. It says that something is wrong with my account, and send me to account.live.com

Sorry to hear that you should try to delete the card o paypal connected to your account and re-add them also make sue all of the info on your account is correct

every little detail has to match exactly with what is on file at the bank in order to allow use,  might need to try pre paid xbox cards if credit cards are not working

use this to troubleshoot your issue if that doesn't help contact xbox at 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they will be able to help

Greetings, Gerry! While logged in to Xbox.com access My Account and then under Payment & Billing change your email address to one other than your Windows LIVE ID. Then, attempt the purchase again and let us know if that works! Standing by. :)
