I cant play my online games!?!

I'm trying to play my online games, but everytime I try to play them, It says connect to X-Box Live. But it shows im already connected to X-Box Live. Im able to use other programs like, Crakle, youtube. But that is it. & I also ive reset my motem and also followed the X-Box Live Solutions and still didnt work. is there a # i can call/ I really need help,. please!

It could be affected by your NAT Type.

Might be a good idea to contact Microsoft.

This could be a NAT type issue, If you know what you are doing, or are willing to spend a little time to learn to do it yourself, it could be quite easy to resolve.

Here is some information on NAT type, and instructions on how to alter it :

Have you tried to recover your account? Go to the System Tab on your console. Scroll to memory then to profiles. Select your profile and delete it. It will ask if you want to delete just the profile or profile and all content, select the first option (profile only). Now go back to the main memory tab and hit 'Y' and clear cache. Now restart the console and recover your account. Does doing this solve your issue? Let us know.
