I can't play my downloaded Halo 3: Game Broken

The game dont appear in the Games menu.

I downloaded it twice following this instructions:

When i go to the Memory Management, in Halo 3 says: "Game Broken"

What can i do? could It be some region check issue?

It says game broken?.
Go to memory> games> halo 3> delete the update & then the game> then try re downloading it from your download history.

When signed in select your avatar on the 'my xbox' page and scroll right once to account management, then select download history.
It will be listed in there..

It said Game Broken. I downloaded twice using that instructions. But still cant play it. Is there any region check ? I bought it with credit card in the US but i'm downloading it from another place.

Then it may well be region locked OP.

Where did you download it from and are you trying to play it on the same tag you purchased it with?.

I use only one tag, mine. Im in Costa Rica. But i downloaded other games like Bayonetta and Gears Of Wars 2 usings Microsoft points without problems.

Why they let me pay it, download it, but not play it?

I'm not saying its region locked just that its a possibility.

Have you tried clearing your consoles cache?, its worth a try.
Go to memory> highlight your HDD> Press Y> select yes.

Any change?.

I am going to try and find some more info for you about what the problem might be, or of it is region locked or not. I will be back as soon as I find something but in the meantime someone else might have some suggestions/ideas for you to try.

Thanks for helping me... I really cleared the cache too... I did both: Delete the game / Clear Cache.

I will try download it one more time... maybe its just bad luck

I download it again and the problem persists. Theres is any Microsoft official tech support to tell me if this its a region issue?

So you purchased the game in the US, correct? Did you purchase it on a US account? As far as I know, that title is not region locked, but if you're using an account outside of the region it was created in, that could be causing the issue. Can you post a pic of the exact error message?

I purchased it in the US, and its a US account. There isnt any error message. Only "Game Broken" in the Disk menu.
