Well what country do you live in
Does the county of your account match your actual region
If you live in an xbox live region then you must create an account that matches your actual region
If you do not live in an xbox live region the there is nothing you can do
For the best experience on the marketplace you need to create an account that matches your actual region

create a new profile
with a new windows live id perferably from nz
make sure you select nz on creation
i suggest you select us and change to the nz website
