I cannot purchase a Live Gold account??

what in the world is going on with Microsofts servers? Are you guys using Vista or Win 7 or something dumb like that? I have been trying for 2 DAYS now to purchase a Gold account..  Your servers are not working.  The same crap is happening with my Skype account (which Microsoft bought and butchered recently as well). Please. What ever you guys are testing. Stop. It is obviously a garbage tool and is causing people issues. I am going to try again later. Please fix this issue with payments.. Not to mention that these type of glitches oft lead to SERIOUS security breeches. Peoples information is on the line here. Thank you for your immediate follow-up into this matter.

it keeps telling me the service is unavailable?? Although skype just finally accepted my payment.. I noticed that the sites are not properly saving my payment info..

Try going to https://billing.microsoft.com and make sure everything is correct and up to date on your account.

nope.. no dice???? i'm going to call microsoft later.. it is obvious they are having issues in their sites and servers.. It still is not saving my info properly..

This is exactly the same problem I'm having. My credit card information and paypal (I tried both payment methods) are correct and up to date and have sufficient funds, but it simply says "This action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later."

What kind of service is that? That looks real good to a new customer like myself, I can't even buy Gold. Brilliant.
