I cannot d/l the free game with gold game

when i try to d/l the might and magic game it gives me status code 807b01f6, also get the same code when trying to enter the publisher sale. I noticed this was not on the status support page as on issue. Please update the page accordingly. Also i can not access my cloud save and this is hampering my gaming for the day. Are we going to be compensated for this with a free 1 month gold as we were last time this cloud issue occurred. I dont think im entitled to compensation, i was just curious.

I am getting the same issue. I can access almost anything minus the free gold game and the activision publisher sale.

Hey there Madman!

I'm seeing you as a silver member. That would be why it's giving you that error code when you're trying to download the Games with Gold. In order to access the Games with Gold promotion, Cloud Saves, and the Publisher's Sale, you'll need to have an active Gold Membership to Xbox Live.
