I can't purchase Civilization Revolution neither on console nor on xbox.com

I'm trying to purchase Civilization Revolution for Xbox from online marketplace but I got only error messages

directly from XBOX: Cannot authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different option

on xbox.com: sorry, payment cannot be done or something like that, I got it in hungarian: "A vásárlás most nem hajtható végre. Próbálkozzon újra."

But I can purchase other games, before and after this message I purchased other games with this same credit card payment option (Borderlands 1, Bioshock 1)

I've tried it again and again several times but no change on this game.

My account & connection region: Hungary

Of course I've checked these first. But I was able to use my card (payment option) on other games in xbox marketplace on the same console before and after too. Just this game I cannot purchase and I dont know whats the problem with my credit card then. I think nothing.

Is all the info, payment acct + other, OK at http://commerce.microsoft.com ?

 

If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

 

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

 

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

I've had this same problem trying to use xbox points, which are in my account, and the marketplace will not complete the transaction to purchase civilization revolution.
