I've been saving this 14 Day Xbox LIVE Gold Trial card, but it seems even though I did use it, I am still a free member and not a gold member.
I've talked to the support earlier today and did everything they asked, but nothing has worked. There are not errors, and xbox still says I am a free member even though I am not suppose to be.

The support was great, but I still didn't get my problem resolved.
