I can't download Games of the month?

I've been saving this 14 Day Xbox LIVE Gold Trial card, but it seems even though I did use it, I am still a free member and not a gold member. 
I've talked to the support earlier today and did everything they asked, but nothing has worked.  There are not errors, and xbox still says I am a free member even though I am not suppose to be.

The support was great, but I still didn't get my problem resolved.

 Unfortunately you have to have a PAID Gold subscription to have access to the Games with Gold. 48-hour or 14-day trial codes will not put you in "Gold" status.  You will have access to online play during those 14-days but you will not have the full benefits of a paying gold member, one of which is the Games with Gold. Clarification is provided at the bottom of the Games with Gold page in the Terms and Conditions, which are as follows:

i have the same problem. thing is i used a free 1 month trial last month and everything worked fine and i got AC2, Crackdown and DR2

I'm showing that you had a paid month Gold subscription last month but that you are now a free silver member.

If you believe that is incorrect, you would need to contact Phone Support to inquire about the status of your account.

Estou com problema com o Xbox há alguns meses, coloco jogos grandes (acima de 4gb) e depois de uma certa porcentagem, da erro, falando que é impossível fazer o download, sem dar código de erro algum. Porem, já testei minha conexão e esta Ok. Espaço no HD eu tenho 170 gb livres, tenho a gold ativada. E conheço mais algumas pessoas que estao com o mesmo problema como o meu. Já tentamos fazer o download com o cabo da internet, sem usar o wi-fi, mas não adianta. Não consegui baixar o Tomb raider o que tenho que fazer ?

I have problem with the Xbox a few months ago, I put great games (over 4GB) and after a certain percentage of error, saying that it is impossible to download without giving any error code. However, already tested my connection and this Ok. Hard drive space I have 170 gb free, I have the gold on. And I know some other people who are having the same problem as mine. Already tried to download with cable internet without using wi-fi, but not useless. Not managed to download the Tomb Raider what I have to do?

When you have a problem it is best to make your own threD

Please provide the following info

Account region

Actual region(us foreign bases dont count as us and some territories dont show up properly via geoip)

Speedtest.net result

Type of connection Dsl cable lte or satilite

Also troubeshooting steps taken

One thing that should ve done hardreset your modem and router for 5mins
