I can't download content

Ok. Hello xbox forum I'm new here. So I wanted to post the next problem:

Yesterday, I bought Deadly Warriors at 400 ms points, and It started downloading normally. At 100%, a message popped up -saying Deadly Warriors Couldn't be downloaded- and said that the item couldn't be downloaded.

I'm recieving no error message, and when I check the game in game library, it won't show up. I also checked if the game was in my memory, and guess what! It is there, but it figures as  "Unknown Game".

I tried removing the game several times and deleting the cache and trying again to download it with no luck.

My account region is set in United States, but I'm actually living at Uruguay.

It may very well be the fact that your account does not physically reside in the region the game is available.

Hey McKak! Yes, if your account region and physical region don't match, you may have issues purchasing or downloading content. If you cannot create an account to match your region, unfortunately LIVE is not supported there at this time. Sorry for the confusion.
