I can't download anything.

When I try to download something a message comes up saying no credit card on file. I never had one on file and I have a Microsoft points balance so why is that relevant anyway. When I try to go to my account management and then go to payment files, I get an error code 1897C0F680584DF. So I can't even check my payment options.

I'm really sorry to hear you're having issues with your downloads.

I cannot seem to find anything on that particular error code. Where are you trying to download from when you get that error code? (Is it on a phone or console, etc.)

You may want to get in touch with Phone Support and speak with a billing specialist. They would be best equipped to help look into your account and see where the conflict may be.
