I have the same issue, support chat was somewhat a bust as they had no clue. They put in a ticket for some Advocacy Team, whatever that is 2 days ago, and I still have not heard anything from them. I have tried new payment options (and those options work
everywhere else except for xbox purchases). But still nothing. I have read other posts with individuals with the same issue getting responses that there issue is resolved, but nothing was fixed. I wish they would start some update thread on this PBR9002
error code and keep us informed on the status. It seems to have been an issue for the past couple weeks and still nothing.
