I've had this problem for 3 weeks now. The Microsoft folks cannot figure it out. I am unable to add a credit card (tried 3 different ones) from my computer or from my xbox. When I call support, they are able to add a card but then the purchases are not
authorized. Thinking the problem might be with my account, we created a new account----same problem. Even paypal doesn't work.
