How to report a game/developer to XBL?

Hi,

I have been using my xbox for 4 years nearly and never had a system freeze in any condition. Even in the situation where the disc is badly damaged and I am in the middle of a FPS online game.

EXCEPT 3 specific games, which comes from the same developer and producer. DICE / EA.

They have released Battlefield Bad Company 2, bought it and had my first xbox freeze and it is a continuous action where it freezes the system over and over again! I never had to pull the power off my xbox due to a game before.

Medal of Honor, same story different game.

Now BF3 beta, I have downloaded from the market place.

Enough is enough really, there should be a filter and verification on the XBOX side to say that GAME I BOUGHT will work on my damn console and won't freeze it.

If there is a check already, then it is not through enough because same company keeps releasing broken game / net code over and over again for 3 games now.

This is not an issue just for me but for many people. Please sort it out or guide me through the process of reporting this consumer gimmick.

Thanks.

If your issue is with DICE/EA Games, then it's the Better Business Bureau you want. Or if you think it's a serious issue, contact your states' attorneys office and they can ask you some questions and determine if any consumer protection laws are being violated.

Sharp: You are more than entitled to seek any satisfaction you want in this situation, but consider this: is everyone everywhere playing these games having the same issue? I understand that this is a serious issue for you, but instead of blaming the game at large, perhaps there is a more specific issue here. Perhaps there is an issue with your account, your game save, your HDD, etc. If you want us to help you trouble shoot this issue with you, please let us know.
