my friend got the e-mail but he deleted it cab you get it back?

Have him check the trash folder see if he can recover that e-mail. But if it isn't there, I don't think these codes would be sent again. You can try and contact the developers through the "contact us" and tell them your, or his case.

He/She have to check the Deleted Folder or check your xXbox's inbox too  it maybe  there also if you did't redeem your code, they will sent you a reminder which have the token code in there too

Hi there. Sadly 343 at the time are not resending the emails. It is an option sometime in the future but they are currently investigating other issues. As recommended A J ther wa a reminder email sent out to your Windows Messege Center.

there is no way of getting the email resent, as microft and 343 industries are not re sending the messages at all. So unfortunately you will have to wait until the end of january like everyone else.
