How much longer before updating xbox.com?

I have a question for Xbox staff. How much longer will it take to update website? Why Microsoft is updating payment system without the system itself done?! I'd understand and expect this from minor company which is not long on the market, but for Microsft is a big corporation! You should know better and provide quality services, you obviouslu don't. Please, update xbox.com and then start solving problems. It can't take a lot of time and more than few lines of code to introduce payments with Micrsoft account, and of you can't do it so easily, you should have not done it before the service is fully functional. This just make Microsoft and Xbox departament look bad. And you don't need this, Xbox departament seems to attract a lot of this "bad kind" of attention.

And argument "download from your console" is invalid. I cannot. Many people can't.

What do you mean you cannot buy from your console?

If you are using the pc via vpn that wont solve region lock issues and will cause more problems as you dont get the correct description for your region

It is alot easier yo browse the console game panes then the website as you can type titles or search by names

there should be no reason why you cannot use the console unless you are using an unauthorized method like a vpn if it is a use of a tv issue then use it when you can you have to see what you are downloading and queuing

I cannot, because I don't have access to my console... I didn't ask, why I cannot. I ask when I will be able to download with xbox.com. Why you people don't get, that some of us may want use website to set up downlod...

If you don't have access to your console then you cannot download the content

as it has to be on to download the content

if you mean queue it for future purposes becuase you are away from home then you must add a payment method

till the website is updated or have the family member who has your console do it 

why isnt it just easy for you to wait till you go home if we are ralking about another country then you.will face issues with downloading content because alot of content is region locked

I am in the same country, I am going back home in a month. I've added payment option, as I buy games on WP, but games on Xbox are expensive and I still have my MSP cards. And the issue is that I can't use the money.

And you are not the staff member, I presume.

I need a date. An answer. Not solutions to problems I don't have with my console.

Easy check xbox.com service status

no last I checked support members dont know a date you just have to monitor the server status or have someone queue it at home

I'm seriously sorry to hear about any frustration this could have caused.

Unfortunately we can't speculate on when the website update will go through. I do know that there is a team working on it at the moment and they're looking to get things up and running as soon as possible.

@Siguardius -- There's much more to it than a "few lines of code" or that "It can't take a lot of time."  It's a complete re-write of the software backend that then has to be tested thoroughly in 20+ different currencies.  It is you who "obviouslu" do not understand things.
