Hi, the other day i tried to buy a SpecOps Ninja suit and microsoft points and gave me no suit so i was out 240 mps and had to buy more points so i could buy the suit, don't I get a refund, because microsoft kinda Stole my money.....
Hello, you have to contact XBOX Support regarding this matter, if you don't see the suit in your download history then they would be the only ones that would be able to help you out. Please visit this link:
support.xbox.com/.../download-content-history.aspx and click "View your download history and download content again"
