High CPU usage even when idle

Still have the problem (even with the new version 8.8.15003.00000) that the xbox app always uses 100% of one CPU core the whole time, even if it shouldn't do anything (e.g in Background). As I know from others, this is not the normal behavior, but on my system I can reproduce the problem every time I start the xbox app.

I used the sysinternals process explorer to get a bit more into detail and there is one thread that always using the cpu. with the start address "threadpoolwinrt.dll!DllMain+0x1320".

Stacktrace:

the Threadpoolwinrt.dll that is used there has the file version 10.0.10240.16384.

Windows 10 is up to date (slow ring).

May this have something to do with my avatars items-combination or somting like this (portal 2 blocks as extra item)?

My system's hardware shouldn't be to bad for that:

Core i5 3570K (integrated intel GPU is deactivated, so it shouldn't be a GPU driver conflict)

8GB DDR3

AMD Radeon HD 7850
