Whenever I am trying to buy something a message thingy pops up and tells me to "Sorry, there's an issue with your account. To Fix the problem, visit or choose a different payment method."

Im really confused because I went there but i don't know what to do!

Try going to and make sure all of your billing information is correct and up to date. If it still won't work, call support and talk to billing.
