Help with Lego Star Wars

Good day,

I was given a copy of Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga by my daughter for Fathers Day so we can play together. We played the the first chapter on Sunday no problem. When we went to play the second chapter tonight, the game locked up. I checked the disk, which was clean, cleared my cache, installed the game on HD, and we played another game to ensure it was not the hardware. We tried again and it failed. I downloaded the game electronically tonight off the Marketplace, and it crashed in the same location. I also tried using different save files to no avail. Any other suggestions would be very apppreciated.

Just to be sure, have you tried ALL the steps in this guide? Also, I see you've tried different save files, but have you also tried other Gamer Profiles? If so, does the game freeze at the same exact point with those profiles, too?

Playing under my daughters profile worked. Thank you for responding Mister Fitzer. These Jedi's can go forward!
