Help me with the purchasing problem!!

I have a problem purchasing fruit ninja game.

Whenever I press add payment option and go through the procedure it ends with saying you have a problem connecting with xbox live but I already connected in xbox live.

I also tried to purchase from the marketplace on the internet using the laptop it says some of your information is incorrect  "try again" .

Help me.

Have you checked that all your account information is correct here: https://account.microsoft.com - Address, credit card, etc.

Also make sure the address matches the region you console and your account are set for.
