Help! I cannot purchase anything or switch anything.

In my account tab on XBOX and On this website, I am unable to purchase more points or anything along with unable to change any card information.

It gives me multiple different errors and no matter what i do it won't work.

Also, Please do not provide the billing info page. It does not help. Everything was inputted correctly and all the statuses are good.

1. What error message do you see when you attempt to change your card information?

2. What error codes do you see when you attempt to make a purchase? Please list any that you have seen.
 

I understand that you have inputted your information correctly, however I would still like to ask you to log on to https://billing.microsoft.com to see if any account alerts pop. If you see anything please let me know what they say.

Hello! Okay I get several errors.

"Oops! You have found a glitch in our system! That was not supposed to happen"

"Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option."

"Your CVV could not be verified as correct. Please select 'Cancel' or choose a different payment option." *Even though i JUST made a purchase with this SAME card 3 days ago* The CVV code was correct, along with the card number, expiration date along with billing information. I work at bank of america and This card is from bank of america. There is NO issue with the information on the card.

I just got done with Online chat and the person said this is happening to alot of people and referred me to a THIRD PARTY website to buy a card.

What kind of service is this? you have my information, Add the 400 points to my account. This service is horrendous and appalling that i cannot even purchase things from you guys but 7 of my friends just made purchases. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed immediately and This trouble may lose a 5+ year long customer.

I have ALOT of friends awaiting me on the damn game and NOBODY is responding. No online responses or phone calls as I have already requested both.

I have the same problem, I have also been charged £5.00 up to now on failed purchases with Microsoft...
