Having problems with zune i am NOT satisfied!

I have purchased a zune pass but i only paid for 30 days i have only recieved 15 days and now it brings up a yellow (!) beside each song and i cant listen to anything.

i also paid a music video and i cant watch that either and the videos i have purchased i cant download again.

i am not satisfied with this service and demand an explination. is there any chance of a refund of my money or microsoft points.? thanks

Actually, I just noticed they have a service alert up at the moment that sounds exactly like what's happening with your content - zune.net/.../servicestatus.htm  So it looks like it's not just you.

Otherwise, the link I gave you earlier gives you information on contacting Zune.
