Alright, thanks for that update. I just got a notification that the Xbox Live Core Services are currently having some issues, this includes payments through Xbox Live.
That's probably why you're getting this error message

Hmm, in that case, there might be something wrong with the code itself. I suggest you contact Xbox Phone Support as they will be able to see more information about your account and the code you're having issues with.
one day I introduced the two codes. One passed and install the game and the second error code.
The best way to go is contacting the Xbox Phone Support. They will most probably be able to track down the issue.
the thread you've resurrected is going to be two years old in December - You will get the best response to your issue if you start a new thread of your own.
I understand you use a translator for chat, you can contact support (Microsoft support) via a chat function just like you did the Xbox Ambassadors. Hopefully this will resolve your non English language problem!
