Halo 5 Multiplayer issues

I am suffering from the inability of being able to play multiplayer since launch due to this message "Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam" this message exists as an error on the Xbox support page but the way to solve such and the reason behind it does not match up with the case we are struggling with.

I am searching solo so there is no fireteam issues, my router and console has been restarted numerous times and under advisement of one support person I power drained the console too. I have reinstalled the game as well from physical copy to no luck, my NAT type is open. All relevant ports are open so no issue there, I can play other games fine on Xbox live so no issue there and no other issues with the console. I live in the UK for server region if that information is required.

I want to make this clear, I have been unable to play multiplayer because of this message since launch. I love the game I just want to play everything on offer.
