Halo 4 reset to sr1?

First i was having trouble playing online on halo 4, it has always worked but all of a sudden it says the servers arent available, then they were for about a game and now they're not again, and now it says it reset my rank. I'm really annoyed right now since i can't do anything, i tried to turn off my xbox and dashboard it but that didnt work, is there any solution to this problem?

did you get any type of message stating your rank was reset or did it just appear like that when you went to play? Game specific rank resets are usually handled by the devs. You might try the official Halo 4 forums.

No messages, at one point my friend just said i was a 1 and it said couldnt connect t

This might be a case of you being put into the fall back hoppers.  It happens from time time.

Sane problem, whene will it be resolved, it happened to me right after i hooked my profile up to xbox live, it srill showed my achievementa of sr 1 2 4 etc on the dashboard but showed me as sr1 and had no stuff unlocked in gameit also for some reason reset the sr of every other profile on my xbox
