had 1920 Microsoft Points and now I have 0

Earlier today I tried signing on to my XBOX Live account since I haven't been on in about a week and I noticed I could not sign in.  My password did not even work... so I had to reset it.. I then log in and noticed that my balance is at 0 when I had 1920 microsoft points.  Its almost beginning to look like my account got hacked... I looked into my download history and did not see anything new that I have not downloaded... Is there anything I can do about this?

Check your account at https://billing.microsoft.com and it will show you what happened to the points.

If you notice suspicious activity, you'll need to call support to have them open an unauthorized access investigation.

I've seen a few other posts from people saying that their points had expired on the 3rd.  If your points were awarded as part of a promotion perhaps this is what happened to you as well.

Thanks for the info guys.. I went to the site Smwutches suggested and found out that it has taken out multiple Premium Gold Jumbo for 240 all on the same day, January 8th....

What does "Premium Gold Jumbo" mean?? and I don't recall ever ordering it

you have been hacked.   do you own fifa 12?  those packs are for fifa.  call 1-800-4my-xbox right now.  change ur password

the hackers changed my profile secret question and answer.  Please call Microsoft now to get your account secured.  Thats what i just did too.  At least we got an extra 15 achievement points for Fifa 12  :)

lol, nope, well not at least now.  They said it will take around 12 days.  Expect to have your account banned until they finish their investigation.  please check your cc/bank/paypal accounts if you have them link to your account.  they will clean them out as well.
