i had 1640 MS points, yesterday my wife and i where gaming lego pirates of the caribbean, in 5 minutes we are lougout 2 times, and get the message that we are logged in on a another location. we thought it was a live error or something.
Today i was checking game market for some demo, then  i noticed that my ms points are gone. checked it twice. the i'll run to my laptop and checked my account on xbox live. this is what i saw in points transaction.

i checked google and find what the golden players are, for FIFA 12. i hate soccer and don't even have the game.

What can i do to get my 1640 ms points back. try to contact microsoft xbox support but they are already closed.
waht i do to protect myself after the hack: changed live id pass, install login pin for xbox and @ the security to login on another xbox.

Got the same problem today with 8400 points spent on PREMIUM GOLD JUMBO by a hacker. Called US support, they've started the investigation, I was told it would take 3-5 days.
