GTA V / early release question.

Hi, I have received GTA V early and received it from Amazon today, now I want to play the game but a quick lookup shows that Microsoft was banning people for playing the game early, now this is not the users of Xbox fault if they received the game early via Amazon or any other sites that released the game early.

A thread on this can be found at : http://www.engadget.com/2013/09/16/amazon-rockstar-early-gta-5-preorder-deliveries/?utm_medium=feed&utm_source=Feed_Classic&utm_campaign=Engadget&ncid=rss_semi

So the question is will I be banned if I play this early ?

Thanks

Chris.

The quick answer is yes.  Its under the terms and condition of using xbox live, even though it was not anything you have done wrong to get it early.

As ezdoesit stated Code of Conduct Section F - Cheating and Tampering, "Do not play a game before it has been authorized for play on the service.". This has also been confirmed to be true by official Microsoft Support.
